As a ballet & creative movement teacher for young children, I believe ballet

is a fun & exciting way to support the growth of children's self-confidence,

motor & social skills, discipline, and love for dance, music and learning.

Because children’s English vocabulary is growing at an amazing rate

at this age, it is simple for young children to learn the French terms

used in Classical Ballet and then apply these to movement.

In my classes, we use imagery, games and a structured lesson plan to learn about dance while developing motor & social skills in a positive, fun environment.
